SHIPPING QUALITY CHECK
Once we process your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition. After your products pass through the final round of quality check, your products are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner. Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach to your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you at your contact number to resolve the issue.

SHIPPING PROCESSING TIME AND DELIVERY TIME
We process all orders within 2-3 business days, however, orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

All the orders will be delivered within 12-15 days after the receipt of the confirmed order.

SHIPPING COST
Delivery charges shall be applicable on orders as per the weight of your product.

Shipping rates and delivery time shall depend upon your choice of estimated delivery time. If you want the product on urgent basis, then we shall strive to deliver it on priority at an additional cost.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING (DO WE PROVIDE IT?)
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

SHIPPING IN CASE OF RETURN & REFUND
In the event, there is a return and refund for your product; you shall not be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your product.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Presently, we do not provide international shipping.
